We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot. That said, we often have same-day and next-day availability - check the booking page for current openings.

We serve Southern Middle Tennessee and North Alabama, including the surrounding communities. If you're unsure whether your property falls within our service area, reach out and we'll confirm for you.

Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the shoot may be subject to a rebooking fee. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

We use professional-grade DSLR and mirrorless cameras, wide-angle lenses, professional lighting, and gimbal-stabilized video equipment. Our drone operators fly FAA Part 107 certified commercial drones for aerial work.

For a standard photography shoot, plan for 1-2 hours depending on the size of the property. Adding video, aerial, or 3D virtual tours will extend the shoot time. We'll give you an estimated duration when you book based on your selected services.

Most photo packages are delivered the next day via a download link sent to your email. Video, 3D virtual tours, floor plans, and larger orders may take longer depending on the services booked.

The number of photos depends on the size of the property and the package you select. Typically you'll receive between 25-60+ edited, high-resolution photos. We cover every room plus exterior angles, ensuring comprehensive coverage of your listing.

Yes. For video packages, we provide both branded (with your name/brokerage overlay) and unbranded (clean, MLS-compliant) versions at no extra charge. Just let us know your branding details when booking.

Yes - our drone pilot holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and we carry full liability insurance for all aerial operations. You can book drone services with complete confidence.

Drone flights require safe weather conditions - high winds, rain, or low visibility may require us to reschedule the aerial portion. We monitor weather closely and will notify you as early as possible. Rescheduling due to weather is always free of charge.

We are authorized to apply for FAA LAANC waivers for controlled airspace when needed. Please let us know your property's location when booking and we'll confirm whether airspace authorization is required and obtainable for your shoot date.

The better the property is prepared, the better your photos will look. We recommend: decluttering all surfaces, removing personal items (family photos, toiletries), turning on all lights and ceiling fans, making all beds, clearing vehicles from the driveway, and mowing/cleaning up the yard. We have a full Pre-Shoot Checklist available - just ask!

Owners do not have to leave, but shoots tend to go faster when owners are not present. People naturally end up in reflections, doorways, or rooms we need to photograph, and that can slow the appointment down. Cars should also be moved out of the driveway and away from the front of the home so they are not in exterior photos. If someone stays, we ask that they remain fully out of photographed areas so we can work efficiently and keep the day on schedule.

We do minor adjustments - like centering pillows, removing small clutter, or repositioning decor for a cleaner shot. We are not full staging professionals, so we recommend having the home well-staged before we arrive for the best results. Our virtual staging service is a great option for vacant properties.

Payment is processed through our secure online booking page at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. Your media will not be delivered until payment is confirmed.
